Okay, I know you are supposed to eat before you workout. But sometimes I'm lazy in the mornings and don't get up in time to eat before I go. Well, that back-fired this morning...I'd been doing good about getting up and eating something small before I go to the gym. This morning however, I was being lazy and didn't. Well, I almost lost it... :/ I also noticed that I didn't seem to have as much energy/strength when I was working out.
(Sorry Jonathan...I promise to eat next week before I meet with you...)
